The Huskies took on the Timberwolves yesterday in a fundraising basketball game in the HMS gym. The cheerleaders put on a riveting half-time show and dance-off with Kale and Tristan. The half time knock-out game had many participants and Jack Bell emerged the winner. Mr Burns had his hair buzzed off by Ava and Billy of 6E1, since their class was the highest sellers in the gas fundraisers. Students of the month were also awarded. Mrs. Perry’s class (25 students) and Ms. Barrieau’s class (24students) are off to The Outdoor Pursuits Camp on a field trip. Their expenses will be as follows:
- the program costs $10 per student;
- the bus costs $235.20;
- the group will have lunch at the Camp, at a charge of $2.75 per student.
