Eleven HMS students (Eden John, Matthew Brennan, Jake Tweedie, Tristan Eisnor, Lauren Simmons, Josh O'Neil, Alex Robichaud, Madison Matchett, Bailey Stewart, Shane Watters and Anna Smith) attended the Regional Heritage Fair this past Friday, April 24th at Nelson Rural School.  They attended two workshops; one on Mi'kmaq culture and the other on Beaubears' Island, along with being judged.  They all once again had the pleasure to see New Brunswick's Lieutenant Governor.  She had high praise for all of the projects from HMS.  In the end, HMS brought back two awards.  The New Brunswick St.

The Gr.8 Red Team students are having a fundraiser at Goji's on Tuesday, April 28th from 6:00-9:00 pm to help cover the cost of their field trip to Mount Allison University in June.  Please come out and enjoy a frozen yogurt while supporting our Gr.8 trip!
