Homework - March 12, 2014

DEVOIRS   Math 8E1/8E2/8L - Get Geometry test signed We have been exploring nets of objects and students are learning how to calculate the surface area of right rectangular prisms.    Math 7E1/7E2 - Get Probability test signed Students have been working on writing equations and solving equations using algebra tiles.     The Gr.8 Ski Trip to Poley has been rescheduled for Tuesday, March 18th.

Red Team Fundraiser - Prize Winner

THANK YOU to everyone who purchased tickets for the Red Team's "Take a Break" fundraiser.  Troy MacDonnell was the winner of the basket ($60 Jungle Jims, 4 movie passes, 4 soft drinks, 2 regular popcorn, and candy).  The money raised will be used for end of the year field trips and activities.

Students wrote Unit 7 Test today in class.  Math 8E1/8E2/8L - Geometry test on Thursday (Unit 8).                             - Tessellation assignment due on Friday (students were given class time).   REMINDERS: Red Team Fundraiser draw will be held this week, so please make sure all tickets have been handed in! Tomorrow is Pink Shirt Day.
