The Grade 8 WEB Leaders have organized a Holiday Spirit Week for this week, December 15th-19th.  Homeroom classes will face off for a chance to win the coveted HMS Golden Sneaker Award.   The activities include a daily dress-code challenge and a holiday door decorating contest.  Dress Code:Tuesday, December 16th-  Let it Snow! Wear a ... Snowman or a Snowflake Day!Wednesday, December 17th-   Santa Hat Day!Thursday, December 18th-   Ugly Christmas Sweater Day!Friday, December 19th-    Red AND Green Day!   Good luck to all, and to all a good week! ;)

K-9’s Doggy Daycare has decided to offer a Dog Grooming Service to their customers. This service will be available 5 days per week. Suppose they wash 12 dogs per day. To entice clients, they offer nail clipping for only $8.00 with every doggy wash. If 75% of their clients take advantage of this offer, how much money will the nail clipping generate in the month of February? Our annual HMS Christmas Family Night will take place this Wednesday from 6-7pm.  Come meet neighbors and friends in a laid-back, festive setting.  We will have skits, student work, a tree lighting and hot chocolate will be served too!  Come one, come all!
