Hi Amy,    Tomorrow after school I am meeting with the manager at the hotel to sign a room block verification sheet.  After that there shouldn't be any problems and I have been assured that the $129 rate is what you will get.  I'm really sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused either you or the parents of your players.   I will email you tomorrow after I meet with the manager tomorrow to verify with you that everything has been rectified.
