In x country news, Harkins dominated the track last night in Nelson. Grade 8 girls: Bailey Black came first over all with Emily Roy and Lauren Henderson nipping at her heals.  Grade 7 boys: Jonathan Kingston blew by the finish line with Nathan McDiarmid and Thomas Comeau hot on his trail.  Grade 7 girls: Kristy Vautour completed the race strong being the only representative for HMS!!! Way to go Kristy!  Grade 6 Boys: Denver Dunfeild showed that he is a force on the track and did an awesome job representing HMS ...Great job! Grade 6 girls are consistent and talented...these three girls come out and give it their all. Way to go Shaylin McFarlane, Brooke Barrieau and Jillian McEnvoy.  We do not have a practice on Monday because of the holiday but our next meet is our first day back, Wednesday October 10 and it is at Miramichi Rural. Everyone is welcome even if you haven't made it to any of the meets this year.
