Hello Leaders! Thank you for agreeing to volunteer at the Miramichi Rock ‘n Run! What an excellent way to help your community through this awesome event. Things to Remember: 1) Wear your WEB t-shirt! 2) Make sure the runners get water and follow the Water Station Set-Up/Clean Up Guidelines listed at the table. Be respectful of the runners who have put in so much training time. (I know you will!) 3) Cheer, Cheer, Cheer! ...then cheer some more! 4) If you have them, bring signs, noise makers and crazy hats, etc.!
