Harkins participated in a Lights Out Canada initiative today in honor of Earth Day.  We shut off the lights and brought awareness to the Global Warming crisis.  There are many good things going on at Harkins Middle to help the environment including paper and bottle recycling, 'No-Idle' zones and the Green Ribbon Club.  There are many things that we can do to become better Global citizens.  For great tips, check out the Lights Out Canada site at :  http://www.lightsoutcanada.tpweb.ca/ Be Green Harkins!
