• There are still some students who have not yet returned their permission slip and $2 for our trip to Carrefour Beausoleil this Thursday March 24th ( permission slip must be signed and returned before our trip, if we don't receive the signed permission slip your son/daughter will not be able to attend).
• We would like to congratulate Katie Kennedy  for being Student of the Month for February. Katie is a very dedicated student who works very hard in all her subjects and is a great class participator. She is also always willing to lend a helping hand to her fellow peers and teachers. Congratulations Katie ;-)
• We would like to congratulate Jakob Pineau and Alex Sulis for being Students of the Week for March 14th-18th. Way to go boys!
• 2nd Term report cards will now be issued on Thursday March 24th.
• Scholastic book orders are due March 31st.

Français (French) 6E1, 6E2

•  6E1- We have started our novel study "  Le Cameleon", this story will be read in class by myself to the students. Students will take part in discussion and comprehension questions both orally and written in class. There will be a quiz and final projects to be chosen by the student at the end of the book. If students are absent during a period we are working on the novel, it is their responsible to get caught up and read the passage which they have missed. 
•  6E2- We have started our novel study " Les pirates", this story will be read in class by myself to the students. • Students should be practising grammar activities online ( please see weblinks for practice links), also there are some great free apps available for tablets and Smart devices.
• Booklet " Pâques et Printemps" was give out yesterday. Students are to work on this at home or during Student Enhancement 10-15 minutes each night. It will be due Friday April 15th. This booklet is not meant to be done in one day or night, it's meant to reinforce reading and grammar compréhension.

  • All classes- Students will receive all their notes for this chapiter and should be reviewing 2-3 a week, we will complete activities/ assignments and discussion related to this chapiter and there will be a quiz at the end.
  • 6E2- Finish for Monday March 21st 2 tables about culture. ****Many students didn't have this assignment completed.
  • Get booklet " Le Canada" signed.
