***IMPORTANT:  You need to book The Residence Inn by today, Wednesday, February 10th to get the $129 rate.  When you call to book, call the hotel directly, 854-7100, and ask for the Harkins Middle School rate.  We have a room guarantee contract that Mr. Mattatall (the tournament organizer) signed to guarantee the $129 for 10 rooms, although he just spoke to the booking manager and she said if needed she can add a few more rooms. The contract states that the rooms cannot be cancelled due to the rate, therefore you might want to keep that in mind.
