(April 30th- May 2nd) Here are a few important points of information to know about our trip:- Ticket money and fees (in entire total $139- this includes everything) due at the latest by Thursday, April 26th.  The draw for the basket will happen at the dance on Friday, April 27th.-  We’re staying on UNB campus…dormitory TBA.  Residence Life Phone #: Tel: (506) 453-4800  Tel: 1 888 865 6122 (Toll Free)    - Ms Barrieau’s cell phone # is 1-506-625-3870 in case of emergency.  There are pay phones and calling cards available on campus.- We will perform our play in the Black Box Theatre at STU at 10:15 am on Tuesday morning.  - We will be taking in shows and workshops during the day.  There will be a social Tuesday night for the students (Our chaperones will be in attendance).  We may visit the mall Wednesday at 3pm if time permits (we plan to take the transit bus there and walk back).  We will travel together as a large group and there will always be a chaperone with your child.- We will return between 8:30 and 9pm on Wednesday to Harkins Middle School.  We’ll give you a ring when we’re within 15 minutes of the school.- We plan to have fun while learning this week!   Thank you for your support during ‘crunch time’.  This production is sure to be a hit!Ms Barrieau & Ms Tucker & Mr McCallumThings to Remember to Bring to Drama Festival, April 30th-May 2nd , 2012****Your Costume and Props****- Good Walking Sneakers- Extra Spending Money- Towels, Faceclothes and Optional Flip-Flops for the Shower- Shampoo, Soap etc.-  An Optional Light Blanket and/or Pillow for Traveling etc.- All Other Basic Travel Apparel (Clothing for 3 days, toothbrush & paste, …)  Please note:-  Electronics are acceptable to bring, but are not allowed in the theatres during plays.  You must pay special attention not to lose your device since we will not interrupt our time at the festival, looking for lost i-pods etc.  -  PLEASE KEEP PACKING LIGHT!  We must take 40 people and their luggage on one bus and packing the bus can prove to be very challenging.  If possible, bring softer gym-like bags, since they fit under the seats much easier.   We will be loading the bus at 8:30am Monday morning.  Please be at the Harkins main door ready to roll for that time.
